Avalan.io is a SaaS platform designed for agencies, brands, and freelancers to manage, analyze, and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Avalan.io.
Account Registration
You must register an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Subscriptions and Payments
- Free Plan: We offer a starter package with limited features.
- Paid Plans: Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Supported payment methods include Mastercard and other major cards.
- Monthly Plans: Can be cancelled at any time and will not renew the next month.
- Annual Plans: Non-refundable and paid upfront. You can cancel anytime to prevent auto-renewal for the next billing cycle.
Use of Platform
You agree not to misuse the platform (e.g., spam, reverse engineering, illegal activities). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
API & Integrations
Our platform integrates with third-party services such as Shopify. Use of third-party APIs is governed by their respective terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on Avalan.io, unless otherwise stated, is the intellectual property of EPIDEMIC d.o.o. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. EPIDEMIC d.o.o. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, EU. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Slovenia.
